Personal, Health, Social & Economic Education and Citizenship

Personal, Health, Social & Economic Education and Citizenship

At Alwoodley Primary School we take pride in ensuring all children develop a healthy understanding of: who they are, how they can keep healthy (both emotionally and physically), how they can have healthy relationships with others and how they can contribute to the school community and the wider community in which they live. Personal, health, social, citizenship and economic education is extremely important to us and is at the heart of our school ethos and is embedded throughout all areas of the wider curriculum.

Throughout our 'Health Week' we focused on different ways of keeping healthy. We all tried to walk to school and did different physical activities throughout the week.
