Wraparound Care-Breakfast and Afterschool Club

Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club is available to all children from Nursery to Year 6.

The club runs every school day from 8.00am to 8.50am and takes place in the school dining room.

Session Price

£5.00 per day

This includes a selection from our healthy breakfast menu and the opportunity to take part in fun games and activities.

Afterschool Club

Our After School Club operates every school day from 3.10pm to 5.45pm and is open to all children from Nursery to Year 6.

We offer:

Early Collection: 3.10pm – 4.30pm (Nursery to Year 6)

Full Afterschool Club: 3.10pm – 5.45pm (Reception to Year 6)

At the end of the school day, children are collected from their classrooms and taken to the dining hall, where the After School Club Team will register them.

Session Prices

Early Collection (3.10pm – 4.30pm): £6.50

Full Afterschool Club (3.10pm – 5.45pm): £12.00

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance using the Arbor app.

Children do not need to attend every day, but bookings must be made ahead of time, and the specific days required must be selected.

Childcare Vouchers

We allow parents to pay wraparound using childcare vouchers.

Early Collection Session Late Charges

If your child is not collected by 4.30pm, a £6.50 late fee will be applied.

Full Afterschool Session Late Collection Fee

If your child is not collected by 5.45pm, an additional £5.00 for every 5 minutes late will be charged.

Cancellations

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice all cancellation request must be sent to office@alwoodley.net.

Please note that the 24‑hour notice period refers to working days (Monday–Friday) and does not include weekends, bank holiday, school closure days or staff training days including training days.

Please be aware that the session charge will still apply if the cancellation is made after the 24‑hour notice period, as our after‑school provision is fully staffed in advance.
