Dear Parents and Carers,

Our After School Club is available every school day from 3.10pm to 5.45pm. This provision is open to all children from Nursery through to Year 6.  From January 2025 places must be booked through Arbor.

Parents can choose from 2 After School Club sessions:

• Early collection = 3.10pm until 4.30pm (Nursery to Y6 children)
• Late Collection = 3.10pm to 5.45pm (Reception to Y6 children)

Children will be collected from their classrooms at the end of the school day and taken to the dining hall where the After School Club Team will register them. 

Session Prices:

• Early collection (3.10pm to 4.30pm) = £6.50
• Late collection (3.10pm to 5.45pm) = £12.00

All sessions must be booked and paid for using the Arbor app and must be paid for in advance.

Children do not have to attend every day but places must be booked in advance and the days required will need to be specified. 

If you wish to cancel your child's place or change their days, please use the Arbor app and cancel within 24 hours of the session start time.

Late charges

Late collection of your child will result in charges being applied through Arbor.

Early Session late charges

If you child is not collected by 4.30pm a charge of £5.50 will be applied.

Late session late charges

If you child is not collected by 5.45pm an additional £5.00 will be charged for every 5 minutes late.
